Disappointed with collar design. Collar has broken 3 times so it is hard to trust the product. Dog Park is wonderful App has a lot to offer but cumbersome,

I don't like that the collar looses sat. connection for no random reason and says the dog is 200 ft in a different area.

Love the collar. My only issue is when my dog goes swimming with it, it dies and I have had to get warranty replacements 3 times now. So, I'm on my 4th collar which makes me nervous for when it is out of warranty. Don't let your dog swim with it on despite the claims it is waterproof... it will fail.

I wish there was a feature on the app that I can send either a sound or a vibrate in order to get my dogs attention to return

Had some issues with collars not syncing with gps and had to return them. Customer service was easy to work with and sent new collars without it turning into a hassle.
