The collars work great till our German Shepard breaks boundaries and the collar won’t bring him back. The shock or static doesn’t phase him.

The battery is only good for about 10 hours which is really a drawback.

Love the way this collar works and the freedom it gives to our dog. Really like the ease and ability to make boundaries. Also like how I can open my phone and see where he is in the yard. The downsides include the battery needs to be charged at different times thru the day and the GPS has gotten wonky a few times and corrected our dog while he was in an acceptable area, although this seems to be improving significantly. We will update to 5-Stars when improper corrections permanently disappear.

The app is very slow to open, so when I need to give immediate feedback to my dog, I can't. Otherwise, I am very happy with how the collar functions and protects my pets.

I'm still learning how to run the collar, but so far I really like it, shows where my dog is and she is learning the fence line. But I do wish there was a phone number to call when I have questions, as I'm not the best on computers. For some reason the collar just kept beeping lately in the house, but I turned it all the way off and restarted it , and so far its working again. I love that it beeps on my phone and tells me if she has gone to far as then I have a chance to stop her from getting to the road if the collar doesn't stop her. So far it has, but I lost my last pup to getting close to the road and being hit, thats why I got this collar.
