Customer service went above and beyond to help us and the new Halo II collars are great! Are dogs hane 8 acres to play on and we love knowing which door to call from by checking on our phones to know where they are!

Had a slightly bumpy ride at the start. I received two defective collars. Once we replaced them with operating collars, it has completely changed my relationship with my dog. We have more communication and trust between the two of us. And we are doing things I never thought possible. I am walking him off leash through our neighborhood - only using the on demand corrections as needed! The collar has been a lifesaver for us!
