All of the interaction I have had with folks at Halo has been great, the weekly Web Chats are great have sat on a few and learn more each time

Shipping was slow (due to supply issues) but they keep me informed the whole time. Customer service was great when I had to call during set up.

Purchase experience was good. Collar has the functionality that I was seeking. Battery life is terrible though.

Good, a lot of training is available

Only had one issue and that was wide spread when there was a satellite problem. It was resolved as quickly as the team could possibly do it.
