PupDaddy

I ordered two items. Ordering, I was not sure I was ordering the right item, but I somehow managed to verify the product I ordered was the one I wanted... They still sent me the wrong product. Of the product they sent me correctly, it was out-of-box... It was enough for me to ditch my old hobby. I'll be throwing the products in the dumpster and cutting my losses.

I ordered a replacement fluorescent bulb. It was my first order with Pupdaddy. Got an order confirmation. Then about 3 days later - received a shipping confirmation and a UPS tracking number. So I wait a couple days to let the tracking number propagate. I check two days later and the tracking says "UPS waiting to pick up item.". No worries. A week later - I check the tracking and it says the same thing: "UPS waiting to pick up item.". So I call the 888 number and get a person on the line who looks at my order number and tracking number and tells me that the item is "hung up at the warehouse". That likely - someone didn't get the package ready in time for UPS. He will call the warehouse and it will solve the issue. And will email me the next day "with a new tracking number". Next day comes and goes. No follow-up email. No new tracking number. Old tracking still says "UPS waiting to pick up item.". Repeat the the phone call two other times about a week later - with the same results. Someone says they will call the warehouse and email me back. Nothing on both. Finally resolved through PayPal. PayPal found in favor of me. Pretty much because they couldn't get a hold of Pupdaddy. The site should be changed to PupDeadbeatDaddy. Will never order from again.

I ordered cat nip spray and. Cat harness with leash. I received the cat nip. Order was completed. Where and when if ever are you sending the rest. 🙄‼️

Placed order and waited 2 weeks. Had a tracking number, when I inquired I was told they had sold out. But I got an email saying it had shipped and a tracking number???? When would you have told me and refunded my money?

I heard this was a good company and I found a nice screen lid for one of my tanks and purchased it right away.Through no fault of Pup Daddy my package never arrived, it seems it may have gotten mailed to the wrong address. So I contacted them to make them aware of the situation and asked for a refund with the hopes of reordering the item at a later date and having it shipped to a friend in the hopes UPS wouldn't screw up again, my house can be difficult to locate. After nine days I checked on the status of my refund and it had been closed, six days ago ... I contacted them asking what was up and did not receive a response. Not the best customer service.
