I forgot I had a coupon code for an order I had placed. Wasn't prompted to enter one or totally spaced at check out. As soon as I received my order confirrational number I emailed customer service. Received no response. I'm hosting a carnival themed child's birthday party where children are able to win gold fish. I bought a dozen Lee's Kritter Keepers only to find out the day before that 2 of the kritter keepers are cracked. I suppose it was again my fault for not checking the package upon arrival. But there was no padding or anything in the box between the plastic cages...
