You broke my shipment then we're magaically out of what I ordered. Took my money though, clearly you are a scam business DUKAT LLC. Fuck you

I ordered 3 cases of party animal dog food. Only 2 came. I let them know and they said they would send the third. It never arrived

The service was aweful my puppy had parvo and I needed the penicillin ASAP and paid 40 dollars for over night shipping took almost two weeks

Very disappointed. I bought an igloo dog house. Too small. Tried to return it but the shipping was more than the item. No help from customer support.

Horrible customer service, staff received my first product I ordered shattered into pieces do to put packaging then I was told my replacement order/tank would be sent out with 2-3 day expedited shipping which they lied about because when I received the new tracking #email from their company it said 5-7 days standard delivery and at this point I asked to speak with management and they lied to me about the expedited shipping as well and tried to place the blame on the delivery company by saying they have different operating hours so I called the delivery company and they let me know that they received the shipping slip from pup daddy and there was nothing on it saying expedited shipping that the tag was for standard 5-7 day delivery! This company has horrible customer service and I will not be doing business with them ever again
