Not great/not terrible.
I ordered a replacement door for a Vari-kennel. I was glad you had it because not a lot of people did and it was very hard to find. Then I paid extra to have it delivered fast. It was 2-3 day and I got it on the third day (Monday) which unfortunately for me was over the weekend. I had a rescue/foster dog that broke the door on his kennel and we had to rig it and it was horribly inconvenient. The overnight shipping was crazy expensive so the next best thing was the 2-3. No wrong doing on your part there, just got it on the last day. Then it was damaged. I emailed letting you know and you said not to return the damaged door, which was convenient, but then I didn't get a new door for at least a week or longer. I even sent you an email about the status of replacement door and then got it a couple of days later with no response to my email. That is when I was severely disappointed. It was URGENT that I get the door so I paid extra for expedited shipping. It should've been expedited for the replacement door as well. So I'm not jumping up and down about Pup Daddy's service. I may or may not use it again. It won't be my first choice unfortunately.
