Very dissapointed

I have been purchasing Harry Barker food tins for 10 years. Although, some of the tins usually arrive damaged or defective, Harry Barker has always replaced those items. Last week we received 3 damaged tins and one with defective painting. I was told the defective tin was within your standard of quality and that I should just discount it if I am not happy with the quality. I was so taken aback by this. Never would Harry Barker have said that when Carol I owned the company. Very seriously considering not ordering again if you won’t stand behind your products now. What a shame.

customer service

It took me 2 tries to connect with someone about an order I placed 2 weeks prior. When I did I learned that my item was out of stock but that no one had told me, even though I had been charged the full amount at the time of purchase. Had this been a gift, I would have had no way of knowing that it was canceled.

Disappointed!

It took twice as long to deliver my order (a very belated Christmas gift) than promised.

Disappointing

I saved up to buy this bed for my dog, and when it arrived it was way too big. That wouldn't have been a problem, except that when I went to return it, I was told I had to cover shipping costs myself. Because the bed had been delivered in a vacuum-sealed bag, sending it back cost me over $100. Despite returning it weeks ago, I have yet to hear from the company that they have received the bed and I also have not received the smaller replacement bed.
