I am very disappointed that I used Harry Barker to order a dog bed. The order took over a month to reach me. I also never once received any communication from the team without me reaching out first. They would not even refund the shipping charge. I would not recommend that anyone pay $200 for a dog bed from this company - you'll just end up waiting over a month and not receiving any customer service. I am very disappointed and regret my purchase greatly.

I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a dog bed cover early January and I still do not have it. When I emailed to ask about where it is, I got rude responses. Will I ever purchase here again? Absolutely not.

Service and quality has declined dramatically since the company changed hands. I.e.: Takes forever to get shipments, no communication, try calling and get a recording and leave a message (what?), quality lately is not the same, many tags come damaged and merch covered in black dust. Items tossed in box and arriving damaged. Items on back order never come in. It's about to be Feb and still showing Christmas on site, even if not Spring we need something other than same ol' stuff.
