Too Many Loose Ends

I like the Harry Barker products and have carried them in my store for 3 years. I slowed my ordering way down because the process was too frustrating - first I could never get anyone to pick up the phone - if you left a message you never got a call back - If you did get through many of the items would be back ordered or out of stock - with in stock dates that were made up - those dates would come and go without follow up. I recently got an email to tell me that something was in stock for an item I wanted 7 months ago. When I first worked with Harry Barker the team on the phone was quick efficient, happy and gave the feeling they really cared. I understand there was a transition and I hope things work themselves out. I met Rachel Clapp at NY NOW last summer and told her of my frustration - she immediately gave me her card and her cell number - she has been terrific and if I did not have her card to help me it is doubtful that I would still be carrying your products

Love it, but....

Love it, but food tin arrived with huge dent in the side. I was able to get MOST out myself. Let them know and I said I didn’t want to mess around with returning/exchanging something that large. That would be a pain. So that’s fine we didn’t but honestly would have been nice to get maybe a partial refund. I love it, but for the price it shouldn’t be less than perfect.

Still no products!

I am sorry to have to give you 1 star. I don’t feel you even deserve that. I placed an order on August 20th order #6423 and still have not received the products. I followed up on August 31st and received an email from Arianna Rice that why I haven’t received my order was due to the color not being in stock. First, why do I have for follow up instead of you contacting me with this information? Your customer service needs improvement. So, I responded back and received another email on September 11th to choose another color and I responded just send me any color! I also asked for the shipping charges to be refunded since I have waited so long! So, tomorrow is September 17th and I still have not received any products!

No response in months

I placed an order in June and received incorrect merchandise as well as notification that part of my order was on back order (til mid/late July). After numerous attempts, I have yet to receive the correct merchandise, nor the backorder items.
