Still no products!
I am sorry to have to give you 1 star. I don’t feel you even deserve that. I placed an order on August 20th order #6423 and still have not received the products. I followed up on August 31st and received an email from Arianna Rice that why I haven’t received my order was due to the color not being in stock. First, why do I have for follow up instead of you contacting me with this information? Your customer service needs improvement. So, I responded back and received another email on September 11th to choose another color and I responded just send me any color! I also asked for the shipping charges to be refunded since I have waited so long! So, tomorrow is September 17th and I still have not received any products!
