Still waiting for shipment of the dog cover and have e-mailed company twice and have not yet received a response.

Ordered Harness and leash, paid for 2 day shipping and waited... After inquiring on the 3rd day to see where my package was, I was told that one of my items was out of stock?! My question is, why was I allowed to buy if they never had the item and when was I ever going to be told? Now waiting for a full refund...

I will never shop here again. The customer service is awful!

I ordered what was called a pet “bed” that was on sale. What are was a bed cover. I have emailed twice once through your site and once directly. I also called and spoke with someone who was going to get back to me. All you were willing to do on the phone was to give me 20% off of an insert. Or another $40. Very bad customer service and false advertising Have bought lots of products from you in the past and was never disappointed but this is false advertising and you need to make good on this by making the purdase whole—getting me an insert so I will have a real dog bed.

The product is wonderful. However, I ordered from the Quick View which gave zero indication that an insert is also required for this product. When it arrived, I contacted customer service to share that the product name fails to mention it is a cover. There are no product images of just the cover. The response felt dismissive and I'm writing this review with the hopes someone will take the time to make some simple updates to set expectations with customers. A missed opportunity to retain me as a customer and write a stellar review here.
