Sporadic customer service

Initial response to an error made in my order (only half of order received) was great - i.e., promptly acknowledged error; promised to ship remainder of order. However, follow-through was poor; it took an additional 4 messages to customer service - over a period of 6 weeks - before I actually received the overlooked items. The missing items did arrive, and are of excellent quality - my dogs are thrilled!

A long, and so far, sad story

I am a bit disappointed in Mission Pets. I ordered a harness on August 19 and have not received it. The company did discover that they had made a clerical error and refunded my money. Good on them. They were also going to send me a free harness which was supposed to be here by the end of the month, September. It has not arrived yet, after nearly three weeks. Bad on them. If I ever get a harness I will post another product review but at this moment I would recommend skipping Mission Pets. Pretty sad because their products do look good.

Collar

I purchased a collar on August 3rd. No word at all, no updates on my purchase (it’s been a month now). I emailed multiple times for an update - no word back. I finally had to call and spoke to someone who said she would refund my delivery charge and that she would get back to me with an update. Radio silence.

Mission Pets

Many collars are no longer available , items can be on back-order for long periods, and orders do not go out on a timely basis. My latest order did not go out because there was a snag in the system. It used to be a more pleasant and personal experience. It is tough enough to compete these days; timely shipment is important.

Disappointing

I placed my order on July 16. It still has not shipped out yet. It is August 10. You guys need to get your stuff together or you will go under. There are too many options out there for mediocrity.
