More flexibility in the size range of Richmond Utility Belt. 42" waist too narrow for my 38" waist.

I am currently waiting to get something approved for return. It has been a few days and I go on vacation so I need to return this before I go. I do not understand how there is no phone number to call. It seems a little silly that everything has to be done through email- really delays the process.
