A Pup Above

Delivery issues with the holidays.

My dog liked this variety of Grocery Pup for two days when it was mixed with her old food. The finicky little princess decided it wasn’t good on day 3. On day 4 I topped it with rotisserie chicken- she ate all the chicken and a little of your dog food. Day 4 no way she said. She eats dehydrated raw so I can’t figure why she doesn’t like this. I thought sous vide would be like reconstituted raw. On to the beef stew. Your service & delivery is great, it’s just the little witch isn’t feeling it.

Not what I thought it would be at all. Portions should be individually packed. Don’t like the fact I have to heat it up. She does not eat everything.

The food is not as pictured. The ingredients are all mushed together and hard to tell apart. The delivery windows for the west coast are not timely. With only mondays and Tuesday’s allocated for delivery, the customer service rep was unable to tell us exactly what might be a right time to order.
