Received warm. No response from company.
I received this warm. The inside of the box was not cold whatsoever. I assume coldness had escaped because the box was very banged up. I went on chat to ask GroceryPup if that is ok - maybe it was a mishandling from Fedex. They answered via email "If it's partially frozen, it should still be OK" that is the last I heard from them. I tried chat and responding with email and images of my box stating it was NOT partially frozen, it was room temperature. No response via email. No response via chat. This was 2 weeks ago and I am still not sure about feeding this to my dog. Thankfully it was a free sample but I still paid $19 for shipping. Which I consider wasted. The first thing about a company besides quality of product is customer service/communication. If one is lacking the other doesn't matter.
