Beginning with browsing the website, then my phone calls with friendly and helpful staff, receiving the most fun "Congratulations on Your Purchase" email, and, finally, the delivery of my new, custom dive mask with a fortune cookie attached, my experience with Snorkel-Mart has been nothing short of amazing! This company knows how to treat customers! My mask is awesome, with a perfect fit and prescription, exceeding my expectations. While I haven't had the chance to use my mask in water yet, I can't wait to actually SEE everything while I snorkel in the waters off of Prince Edward Island over the next two weeks. I'm so excited! I have been a scuba diver all my life and know good product from bad. I just wanted a set to have on my boat at all times in case I drop something or get a line caught in the props. This set is more than adequate with silicone parts and tempered glass. The bag and mask box and mask defog round things out. The customer service is witty and fun.
