Bought 4 explorer-adult snorkeling sets by deep blue for a week family vacation at the ocean. Overall can't complain, nothing broke and worked well enough for us. I highly recommend adding silicone grease $5.95 for mustache and defog came with our sets. Without grease a little water was getting in mask, also mask fogged but not when defog was used.

The Customer Service (Rianne) was fantastic. Yes, I received the items when expected. I haven't used them yet - but the quality looks good. I went online on found Snorkel-Mart and felt you had the best selection and pricing. At this point in time, the zipper of the bag is getting "stuck" at the top, but I'm hoping that is just a matter of working it in. If it persists, I may contact you for a replacement.
