Horrible screen interaction always freezing

Still have yet to get a replacement or a refund. Bought a brand new bike that has no screen and only works once in a whiten

The screen does not stay up. I can't use the machine for classes, I can't even monitor a workout I'm in the middle of because the screen will not stay up. Save yourself some money, and get the other version with the tablet holder. I have tried to get it fixed, and after two wrong parts being sent out, I have not had a reply from anyone. I feel like I'm being ignored.

Never got to use it. Talked to customer service multiple times, sent videotape of problem and was never resolved.

Love everything about the rower BUT the frequency it cannot connect to our home network and Echelon's site's FAQ/trouble shooting content. Without the internet connection, the product is way overpriced and disappointing.
