Can't really give a good review because of the problem with the controller not working to control the resistance on it. Once we get it fixed maybe able to give a better review

Quick delivery and easy to assemble with two people. Seems well constructed, and I've been enjoying the on demand classes. Unfortunately, the remote on my handle came installed upside down, so I can't easily see which direction the resistance is. I've both emailed and live messaged customer service. One week later and not a peep. Thankfully the issue is a minor annoyance, and I'm still able to enjoy using the rower, but you'd think the customer service would reflect the $1700 price tag.

Waited almost a month and the rower finally arrived damaged. The arm that holds up the screen won't stay up so it just falls down! Spent an hour on chat which was a bit disappointing . . . waiting for someone from the warranty department to tell me what they are going to offer to do to remedy this issue. In the meantime it's sitting in my loft collecting dust since I'm unable to use it. Frustrating all around especially since I paid so much for it!

It shipped without hardware. Instead of overnight the few bolts it took a week to ship. I was upgraded to the S rower which includes a screen ensuring that you will pay the membership fee. Alas, got my bolts, assembled the rower and the display won’t update - it is nine versions behind. Not sure how long it will take them to send a new one. ????
