Took over 2 months to get order!

Have been waiting nearly 12 months for my product and still have not recieved it

Took 3 months to receive a watch band order that was originally to be delivered in 7 to 14 days. I did receive a notice after a week or two that it would be held up and asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. By then I just decided to wait it out. Did finally receive it.

It took much longer to get the bans than expected. When I received the bans there were no pins for the wrist bans. Very disappointing

Finally got watch band ordered in July in mid October You charged my card and then said it was back ordered. Did you know before hand the band would be back ordered. Frequency of updates was virtually nil. I needed to followup with you. Finally got the leather band that was correct. That’s the good part.
