It took nine weeks to receive my watch band. After a second phone call a few weeks ago things happened quickly. It would have been good to have some communication about why the delivery was so delayed.

Order date to delivery almost one month. Quite a long wait for a watchband I think. If I.could have found another supplier I would have cancelled my order.

I assume this review is for my replacement Citizen watch band. Yes I got one. Price and delivery were reasonable. However, the watch band end pieces didn’t match my watch. I had to use the end pieces from my old band in order to install the new band on my watch.

Today, 5.4.17, i have not yet received your package.

Ordered at the beginning of December as a gift, received the end of February. I was notified of the delay and was offered to cancel order. I didn't cancel the order since this is what the recipient asked for. Now that the product has arrived he is very pleased with it. I just felt like this was an exceptionally long time to wait.
