After receiving my estimate and paying for repair, Hurley has gone absolutely silent. Impossible to reach my telephone. Emails have gone unanswered for days. In fact, every email I have sent over the last several days receives an automated response that Customer service is closed and will be back tomorrow. I hope to see my watch one of these days

This time, it has been a different story of silence/no communication on their part since receiving my prompt payment on October 1, 2020. Their phone # is no longer in service and emails have gone unanswered. Service #C319348 9/30/20 received repair estimate. After receiving repair estimate - paid by Visa $225.65 on 10/1/20; Email from Hurley 10/7/20 thanking for payment, stating it would be 8 weeks. Sent inquiry email 12/16/20, no reply as of today. The phone # 770-263-8669 is no longer in service. I want my REPAIRED watch returned. They have my watch and my $$.

I have no product, have not been advised as to whether it has come in for delivery or not, and I'm out the money as my credit card was charged. It was supposed to be a valentine present but I don't know what to tell him about estimated date it will be here.
