The new band looks great and the shipping was quick, but the pins I paid extra for were the wrong size. I ended up having to take the watch into a jeweler. He was able to use smaller pins to attach the new band to my watch.

Very quick delivery. After receiving my new bracelet I realized the old one had a sliding adjustable buckle to fit my wrist. I decided to keep the newly delivered bracelet since I plan on keeping my vintage Citizen watch for a long time. I only rated the service four stars. I believe there is always room for improvement, but at this time I am at a loss to point one out. Thank you.
