The two pins didn't come with the watch band

I used the chat feature when searching for the right band for my watch the representative was very helpful. After ordering, I was informed very promptly that the band was not in stock and received emails indicating when it would ship.

Service was fast and accurate. $15 for 2 pins to hold the band on seemed very expensive.

Item received quickly in spite of an out of stock notification I received after placing the order. Quality is original and I’m very happy, thank you.
