At Home Spa

Got mine during Black Friday and have been following the recommended routine from Medicube for about a week and so far so good. Adds a little bit of that spa-like feel to my daily routine and is super easy to use. The app is a great addition and while it is not needed to use the device, it is extremely helpful. I am able to use all my regular serums and actives without any sensitivity or reactions so this should work for just about everyone. Plus the pink colour is extra chic!

Io devo ammettere di essere abbastanza contenta di questo prodotto. Oltre al fatto che ha tutta un'applicazione per il controllo dei risultato (foto prima e dopo) e in cui ti puoi creare i tuo programma personalizzato, il prodotto in sè mi sembra valido. Mi vedo la pelle più luminosa, compatta ed elastica. Secondo me nel lungo periodo vale i soldi spesi. Bisogna usarlo giornalmente però bisogna fare attenzione a non esagerare con alcuni programmi. Mi trovo bene e sono entusiasta dell'acquisto. Il colore rosa poi gli da un qualcosa in più

Love the device, hate the customer service

I received it a few months ago and it was working fine until a week later it kept shutting down on me. I contacted Medicube themselves and they said to take to Stylevana about it, at which Stylevana's customer service didn't respond at all. However, the problem with it shutting down resolved itself within another week eventually and works perfectly normal, so at least I can keep my face glowing. Minus one star for bad customer service and its lack of response.

Device works great, just pray it doesn't break or good luck contacting stylevana

Received my device over the weekend. Bought from Stylevana because there was an offer on it. Was weary as I'd seen the other 1 star review about contacting Stylevana if there's an issue with the device but took the chance. I did also email medicube to check what happens if there's an issue and upon hearing that it was from Stylevana they said that I need to get in touch with the retailer directly. Have emailed Stylevana multiple times asking about the warranty, and I seriously think they have no clue about this and simply decided to ignore my email each time. Very disappointing indeed. The device itself worked fine though, I used my own USB C cable to charge and no issues so far. Pray that it continues to work. Any issues I'll have to resort to contacting my bank if Stylevana keeps up with their scripted response. Stylevana: Update your script to include details about warranty or who to contact for issues when selling an electronic device and don't just ignore your customers. It's not hard, is it? Taken one star off for Stylevana's CS issues.
