After several uses stopped turning on and doesn’t react to chargers. I wish I read reviews before, a lot of people with the same experience. I wrote to support but already lost any hope return money. Better buy in another place.

Defective product

Since I often purchase from Style Vana and everything has always been perfect, I was tempted to buy this Booster Pro product, which is in a higher price range than the creams. Unfortunately, the item I received is defective (it doesn’t charge or turn on at all). I understand that sometimes a faulty product can happen, but the issue is that my inquiries through all available channels have been completely ignored. Therefore, I strongly do not recommend buying electronic or more expensive items from Style Vana.

Buyers beware. . .

I can't review the actual product because the one I received was defective, therefore I can't say if it's any good or not. . . What I CAN say though is that if you are going to order this expensive product, pray that it's not defective. I contacted Stylevana to exchange the product, and after numerous back and forth, needing to escalate to PayPal, they concluded that they would be willing to refund me if I returned the product at my own shipping fees. I'm in Canada, their shipping return address is in Hong Kong, that would cost me approximately 85$ for basic ground shipping and regular insurance. That's almost half the price of the booster itself! I'm not sure what I'll do at this point, I'm thinking of trying to bring it in somewhere for repairs but I don't even know what kind of person could repair this. . . Anyways, this might be a great product, but the company (Stylevana) really disappointed me, especially since I've spent over 3000$ with this company over the course of two years, shows how much they value customers. . .
