i’ve repurchased this toner multiple times. she is my tried and true and she does the job in hydrating my skin. i will continue to repurchase her whenever she runs out. i’ve been using this stuff since 2020 and i’ll stand by her. honestly when i ran out and had to wait for my package, i started breaking out again. so i think that was enough to convince me this stuff works for me.
