Haruharu WONDER - Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner - Fragrance Free - 150ml

I used this in my am routine after cleansing and it keeps my skin looking hydrated throughout the day. Love the texture of this as it is not too watery and not too thick.

Feels really hydrating and leaves your skin glowy. However, as someone with oily skin I’ll rather use this in winter. It’s a great universal toner for all skin types though!
