We have a regular robot vac that we love... mostly. But I wanted one that also handled floors, not just carpets. I've only used this a couple of times, but I'm SO happy with it. It saves me so much time, especially now that my son and his two cats are staying with us temporarily. Thankfully, they aren't bothered by it. My only issue is the noise when it empties, but really, it's not as bad as my other one so I shouldn't complain.

This was our 3rd attempt at a vacuum/mop. The 1st 2 were not Eufy brand and they were returned. I was skeptical on this 3rd attempt but figured I'd give it a try.After about a week the lens on the front that covers the camera and light fell off. I contacted Eufy and had a response within 24 hours. I was given the option to return it or I could glue it back on myself and they would refund some money back.Since then, I've asked multiple questions and have always had a response within 24 hours.

Very good device.Pros:- Cleans well and fast.- Avoids most of the objects.- Hands off for at least a week before having to change the waterCons:- Application could be better. Schedule area is not easy to find.- Rooms cannot be expanded during editing or haven't found a way to do it
