This thing is amazing, it does all it says it does and very well. It truly is a high end class robot vacuum for much less. Its not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but worth every penny. I am very happy and absolutely recommend it. There is only one con, that is that if you have thin/flexible rug mats, the design and power of the unit tend to almost always turn it over or mess it up a bit and it doesn’t clean it well. I had to remove my 3 mats and problem solved. This doesn’t affect thick/rigid rug mats and doesn’t affect at all any size carpet. The lift of the mops is superb, no moisture on any carpet. The app is great and lets you share control over the unit with anyone you authorize. This thing is the best and the only thing is pending evaluation is longevity. Will revisit this post in a year from now. Oh and customer service is beyond good. To me this was my greatest satisfaction when I called for a simple question. Reviews can be deceiving in this day and age but I cough up the $800 myself and I could only wish I got it for free. Maybe I need to be a YouTuber for that. To bad I am not 😭. Anyway, so far I am very happy and if this thing doesn’t hold up I will let you know as well.

At first I was shocked at how well it actually worked. Yes, there are some caveats to it and it's going to do better in some ways and worse in others, but overall, I've been pretty happy.Pros:- It does a great job of getting under things. The low height makes it easier to get under objects that are much more difficult to do with a larger vacuum.- Cleaning ability seems to be pretty good. I'll still find the occasional piece of carpet on the tile but the ability to automatically switch from vacuum to mop mode is really nice and it's cleaning abilities seem to be really well balanced.- The app is actually really easy to use. It takes a little digging to get to the base station settings, I would have liked to see that listed more promenantly, but overall, really good abpp.Cons:- It tends to pick up things that trip it up. I've noticed that it's great at avoiding larger objects and even smaller things directly in it's path, but if there is a string attached to that object, it will frequently pick up the string with the side brush and end up getting stuck. This is an issue for me with cat toys. On the plus side, the robot is really easy to disassemble and remove the object, but it does mean you need to give it a little more attention.- The vacuum bag fills quickly and will alert you that it's full even when it's not really full, or at least not as full as I would expect. It also uses disposable bags, which is fine, but it only includes one and fills pretty quickly. I'd like to see an emptyable container instead of the disposable bags.Overall, this vacuum has turned out to be significantly better than I expected, and I think that it will only get better with successive software updates. Overall, great robot vac/mop combo!
