Loving It!
A lot to unpack here:I was able to easily connect this to their app on my android. Lots of different setup options on when you want it to run and what you want it to do.I have very dark floors as you can see (which I DO NOT recommend. Ever.) That being said, I have had years of tears from the streaks that most mops leave after they dry. This does NOT leave any streaks after it's done.This is not a low profile vacuum. Which is a benefit, and at the same time is not. 1. It won't get stuck under your kitchen cabinets. 2. It won't clean under your couch unless it is of a certain height.I don't recommend trying to take a nap while this guy is running its program. It can be very loud when it goes back to its base to clean itself out. The exchange of water is not as loud.The most you'll need to worry about is making sure the water chambers are full or cleared out. Which is great since that's all I've had to do so far. This is basically a hands off vacuum, and it will alert you on the app as to what is needed as it goes.I have had robot vacuums and mops for years as I have full tile floors, and this has been hands down, the best one so far. My only personal complaint is that it's not low profile, which keeps it from cleaning under my couch.My conclusion: It's a nice product you won't regret purchasing. Yes, the price is high, but you're talking about basically a hands off vacuum system. (no having to dump the bin half way through each vacuum cycle, especially if you have pets.)

Eufy X10 Pro Omni
I LOVE this vacuum. We are definitely a Eufy family. This is our second Eufy in 3 years. Our old one is still going strong. We just wanted to add one that mops and vacuums. The biggest thing that caught my attention right out of the gate, was how easy this was to set up. It pretty much comes ready to go. You just set up the base, add the ramp, and put the vacuum on the base. The app is really simple to set up as well. It was able to map our house within a few minutes. With the mop cycle, just add water to the tank. The only suggested cleaner is the Eufy made one and I didn’t have that yet. But even with just water, it cleans so good! It puts pressure on the floor to help it actually scrub. Another thing that I didn’t realize it did is you can customize how it cleans. You can set it to quiet and it’ll use a lighter pressure which is great for nighttime. However, the emptying and self cleaning does get loud, but it’s only for a few seconds. This is definitely a fantastic robo vacuum!!!

I have been an avid consumer of robotic products and smart home items for nearly 10 years. I decided to give this brand a try, and I am so glad I did! I absolutely love this combo, vacuum mop robot better than anyone I’ve ever owned before! Where do I start with the pros? it was easy to set up an update bug free out of the box. Registration was Simple and insures accurate customer support. The app also quality and downloaded very quickly and easily. Connect connecting to my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. No problem. Super easy to follow set up instructions. I started the vacuum after set up, the first thing I noticed immediately was how much quieter it is than my old vacuums, this is a big deal! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to pause my old vacuums to answer a conference call. Another excellent feature is that it uses a camera and AI to perform it studies and map your area. It stores all data locally for privacy too. This technology out of the box is so much better than the previous technology. I’ve used with robot vacuums that just rely on blindly, hitting things with its bumper, and remembering where they are. It’s on my dog and was able to divert my dog. The quality of the machine and it’s base is top-notch! I cannot find a single thing to complain about with this robot vacuum! I wish I had something like this years ago! I highly recommend it, worth every dime!

Awesome upgrade from my old ecovac
This robot vacuum is an amazing upgrade from my old low end robot vacuum. The X1 omni was easy to get set up and running, I had it doing it's first mapping of my home about 20 minutes after opening the box.Watching the vacuum operate, it is amazing to see it lift and lower the mop pads to avoid carpets and switch seamlessly between mopping and vacuuming. The base has a large water reservoir as well as a dirty water reservoir and a dust bag, so periodically the bot would dock to empty on board waste and then get back to cleaning.The app has amazing features as well, letting you granularly configure the type of clean you want including suction levels, inclusion of mopping or vacuuming, and number of passes. It stores an intelligent map of your home, allows you to find time rooms, and you can easily direct it where you want or do not want it to clean. It also has Alexa integration for hands free operation.This is definitely an excellent, full featured robot vacuum.

User's Manual Not Included
The eufy robo vac is amazing. I've only had it a few days, so I'm still trying to figure everything out. It mapped out my first floor very quickly and began its methodical cleaning. I have hardwood floors and some carpeting. The sweeper came to the edge of the carpet, pause, turn off the floor cleaner solution and mops then climb over the edge of the carpet and keep on vacuuming the rug. The pile in the bathroom mats is more shaggy and was a bit of a challenge, but it worked through them as well.I was concerned about steps: I have steps between my hallway and family room. I was ready to grab the robo vac if need be; but the robo vac came to the step-edge and stopped, backed-up and tried again, then turned to avoid the steps.I was amazed how it tried to get back in corners and crevices to clean instead of just passing turning on the corner and passing it by. It went under my dining room chairs and vacuumed around close around them, making several circles around the legs.The rufy vac is supposed to detect wires and avoid them, but I have not tested that feature.From my limited experience, I would say its a great product and worth considering if you are looking for a robo-vac.
