I no longer have to worry about picking up everything off the floor before I vacuum or mop
I like that the vacuum and mop is self cleaning and is able to navigate around objects on the floor, including cables and other items that could tangle or trap the robot.

Pleasantly Surprised
I've been very happy with the performance of the Eufy X10 Pro Omni over the past 4 days. I've run it through it's paces, mapping both floors of our home, seeing up no-go zones, and running different modes of the mount and vacuuming functions. I've been very impressed with the performance, and I know that it will be removed even further through updates over time.
The vacuum itself is pretty quiet when in use, hardly disturbing our pets, though the self-empty function at the base station sounds like a normal vacuum. It has been very good at avoiding cords and recognizing yeah cans and even a floor scale. It has not gotten stuck anywhere. The mopping function is surprisingly effective and will be even more so if used regularly.
The self-cleaning brush roll function helps a bit, but I still find pet hair getting wrapped around the roll. It definitely helps to set the vacuum suction power to max. The rubber fins on the roll make it extremely easy to remove any stuck hair as it prevents it from wrapping tightly around the inner roll.
I would highly recommend this robot vacuum.

Next Generation Robot Vacuum
It mops well and feels like a fresh design, hardware is really solid. I don't like how it ALWAYS gets stuck on my shaggy bathroom rugs (the $15 fancy ones from Sams Club). It's bad enough that I had to disable carpet cleaning all-together and just use it as a mop and vaccum on hard floors. It was unable to find it's home 1x in a few cleanings.For comparison, my ROOMBA j8+ has no problems navigating the shaggy rugs and very rarely gets lost (2x year)

Great features at a competitive price point
The X10 has all the features you would expect from a vacuum at twice the price! Coming from the competitor's flagship unit, the eufy exceeds my experience with the competition's vac. The app is rock-solid, easy-to-use, and provides a high level of customization. I highly recommend the X10.Happy vacuuming!
