Do NOT Do Business with EUFY!

Eufy S340 arrived damaged weeks ago and I'm still trying to get this resolved with Eufy. They shipped the camera in a plastic UPS bag (Bad Idea). I still don't have a camera or a refund. BEWARE! Try Ring or Blink cameras. I've has no issues with them. THIS HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND THESE CAMERAS ARE USED TO MONITOR A DEMENTIA PATIENT!!!!!

Avoid Buying from this company. Bait & Switch

Switch and Bait sales tactic. I bought one thing then sent me a different item. Returning items are an absolute pain.Their customer service representative was rude and abrupt. Then they want me to pay to ship the item back. Avoid buying from this company. I filed a dispute with my credit card and will get my money back eventually. It was a big mistake buying from this company.

This company has 0 ethics. I purchased a product. Had to do a return. They lost it and will not provide a replacement or a refund. Avoid and buy a ring camera
