Always losing video
It worked good at first. Today somone tried to break into my car. I showed the police the video then the system auto deleted the video…i am sooooo pissed

Plan on replacing it at 13 months.
I will start with, I loved Eufy and their products. I have over 30 cameras, the vacuum, the scale and was looking to grow with them even more…..until now. It appears that they have set planned obsolescence on their devices for them to start failing as soon as the warranty is over. I have contacted them multiple times about multiple devices that failed 13 to 14 months and they will not do anything. I even asked if I could return them for a small amount off of a new, upgraded version and they said no. The AI makes this camera move all over the place instead of where the person is moving. There is water in the dome of the dome camera. The solar panels have deglazed and are no longer functioning, the vacuum just stopped working. They are not worth the money long term and I would steer clear of them!!

Doesn't Connect to Modern Routers
Doesn't connect to my router. A bunch of mumbo jumbo about 2.4hz vs 5hz router. First, I have two other eufy products working on said router right now. This is one reason I thought this was a safe purchase. The online chat resource did nothing but throw links at me. Throwing links is not customer service. Now I have to figure out how to return the camera and buy a product that uses current technology.

Very Poor Customer Support
Can;t get the device to connect to my network. Chats, Phone calls, and emails, and still not getting any support. Makes the product worthless.
