I like the camera but it's next to impossible to talk to someone about tech support.

I find that the app is slow and also the motion sensitivity is slow at times. Maybe a software update could help with this. Also trying to use the app to see the video fails at times to show it. Could use improvement in general. I've only had the camera for a week I need to do more testing..

Camera seems sturdy and has good battery life. Picture is clear both day and night. Light is bright. Not compatible with existing CCTV systems which makes it unusable for integration into existing systems that are not Eufy based. Mounting is not great for homes with gutters and tile roofs. But adaptable.

I have 12 Eufy cameras and have loved everyone up until this point. I added the S340, which is a great functioning security camera but the color balance on the picture is way off. It produces an unnatural warm hue which is not an accurate depiction of reality. When I asked Eufy how I can adjust the color balance they said I can't and there is nothing wrong with the camera. So be warned you might not get the picture quality you have come to expect out of Eufy camera's!!! Huge disappointment with the camera and the customer service!!!

I want to like this camera. I really do. But it doesn't suit my needs. We've had a number of recent burglaries in the area including two attempts to break into my vehicle. So I purchased this and installed over my driveway. The issues I have seen are (1) it stops recording while there is activity despite setting the record time to the highest setting. Some could be walking up my driveway and it stops recording. (2) the battery drains quickly if you set it to the highest sensory and recording times causing me to have to constantly climb up on a ladder, take it down and charge it in the house. At least once every other week. If you get a few days of cloudiness, forget it. I am on a semi-active street therefore it records and tracks constantly. Too much for this little guy apparently. I also wanted to hopefully be able to read a license plate if needed but this can not do so. The camera is only 25 feet from the curb and it doesn't zoom enough. I must say customer support is great and they've worked hard to make adjustments and help try to get this to work, but like I said, it's not for everyone. It's great if you want to overlook a pool or yard, but not for a bustling area and definitely doesn't have the battery capacity to last long. Great idea, but not worth it in my opinion.
