Great for bike, but mag safe case doesn’t work

I have an Apple brand magnetic charger which has worked for the past year on my last iPhone, through the case. The Rokform 16 Pro Max Rugged Case does not work on it in any configuration. I’ve tried it without the plug, with the standard plug, and with the magnetic plug. The only way to charge it is to remove it from its case or plug it in. I’ll be looking for a refund. It does work great on my mountain bike.

NOT MAGSAFE COMPATIBLE!!

The quality of the case appears to be well built and durable however if your hoping to use your Apple Magsafe wireless charges they will not work even though in the product description it clearly states that the case is “Magsafe Compatible” These cases are NOT MAGSAFE COMPATIBLE!! so be prepared to spend an EXTRA $50 to purchase one of Rokforms wireless charges and hope it works better.

iPhone 16 pro max case.

Totally expensive not rugged trash! Dropped my phone out of my jacket the case broke and the screen probably would have if I didn’t have a protector on it. The case flew completely of of the Iphone.

Doesn’t charge wireless

You can not charge your phone wireless unless you purchase one of there chargers. I have to take my phone out of the case every night to charge. Just really disappointed because I was really excited about this case
