Magnet not strong anymore.

Been a client for years. . all my phones have RokForm even my workers have them since I buy it for a gift for them. Just received this case minutes ago and I’m already disappointed. Not only is the magnetic patch not strong enough to hold my phone but let alone the case. I have my 12 pro max case, 13 case, and 15 case. . magnetics are running STRONG since purchase date!!! we’re talking YEARS. . This one on the other hand is disappointing. I love them since in my opinion they’re met for the working class who are outside doing work and something need to place their phone on something (or watching a how-to video). The magnet on this newer product just isn’t the same anymore. Either up the price and include the STRONG magnetic patch, or warn us. Brand new phone just fell and the screen cracked.

MagSafe chargers do not work with case on. Even tho I did not install the second magnet.

This a is very solid

This a is very solid case, great protection but I can’t give it more then one star as it’s not compatible with any of my 3 wireless chargers including original Apple charger. They made it to reliably work with only Rokform charger but I am not buying 3 overpriced Rokform chargers to replace my other 3 perfectly fine chargers. I am returning this case.

MagSafe Charging Issues

I started using Rokform because it was a good solution to mounting my iPhone on bike handlebars while mountain biking. Many mountain bike trails are confusing to navigate, so it’s important to have mapping easily accessible. Upgraded my iPhone and purchased this case for the new phone. With the new phone, I purchased the newer MagSafe fast charger from Apple. This case does not work well with the Apple MagSafe chargers which is very disappointing. Reading the “fine detail”, you learn afterwards that Rokform suggests using only Rokform magnetic chargers. Such a waste spending tons of money on various charging cords that may / may not work properly with the case. Rokform should just MAKE the case work with the standard Apple MagSafe chargers.
