Item was in stock, after purchase item was no longer in stock and unknown ship date. Emailed the company and never received a response. Found the item in stock and cheaper, RTW will get none of mine or my companies business ever again.

I ordered several batteries (Order ID: #146997) and one of these batteries was supposed to be a Motorola PMNN4547 IMPRES 2 Li-Ion Battery (3100 mAh) and the battery that I received was a Motorola NNTN8930A (2650 mAh) and this battery is no longer available from Motorola. Not only was this the incorrect battery but the battery will not take a charge. I have sent messages to RTW and they have not responded and I have called about the battery not charging and they have not returned my calls. (Note: I just discovered that the company sent me the wrong battery, but a business that obviously sends the wrong battery and will not return calls is not the kind of company that I will ever do business with again.)

I haven't received my order yet.

2 weeks later still haven’t received my product.... I understand it’s the holidays but nobody’s given me an update or anything. Won’t be buying here again.
