Call about lost in system delivery, told me it was my problem as they completed their end. Very poor customer service, will not deal with them again

Sent to wrong address

Prices seemed better than most. However, after checking the billing and shipping address on the online order several times before submitting the order, they shipped it to the billing address. After questioning it, Customer Service sent me an invoice with my billing address on it. In a company as large as ours and the fact it was shipped 4 states away, I'll never see what I ordered. Radios are essential to our operation, guess we just need a better vendor.
