Horrible experience

Took couple days to process never said item was out of stock.. paid for priority over night shipping never received the package till the third day.. called radio to way talked to Customer service laddie apologized told me they’ll reimburse me for the shipping after she talk to a manager 10 days and by still never got reimbursed for it called about a couple days after that the lady says she knows nothing about that but she’ll leave a note to her manager still never got back to me and it’s going on two weeks now I have to call on Monday because they’re closed for the weekend see what happens now...

"In Stock" does not me they have it

Ordered an item that was "in stock" and had an early expected delivery date. After it was purchased I received an email that the item was on backorder and had an unknown eta. Instantly charged my CC but took days to receive the refund. Wont be back.
