Wrong speaker/mic. Not for Kenwood TH-D74A

I ordered my product on 01/21/2022, and selected 2-7 day shipping. I have yet to receive an email that the item has shipped. I emailed Sabrina on 02/01/2022 to inquire about the status of my order and have received no response. So at this point, paid for an item that has not been received and have no idea/update when it will be.

I ordered a replacement batter and it took over a week for you to respond telling me that the battery was unavailable so I ordered it from Amazon and got it the next day.

I have been waiting for months for my earpiece.
