Terrible customer service. I ordered a mic that said was in stock. One entire week passed by before I got an email stating my order was processing. One week after that (2 weeks total) I received an email stating they were "awaiting product." I received that email 2 weeks ago (4 weeks total now), and I still have not received my product or any updates. Bad form! Terrible service.
