Poor Service
I ordered a Shoulder Mic that was listed as “In-Stock” according to the website. The day after my order was placed, I received an email stating that the status of the order was changed to Awaiting Product. In the same email, it provided the option for me to reply with any questions. In my reply, I expressed my concerns about not receiving the product in time for Mardi Gras and got no response from Radio TwoWay. I also called and left a message last week and received no call back. I still have not received the product and probably won’t in time for the time of it’s maximal utility. I understand that things happen and mistakes can be made, but the lack of response is disappointing.
