Still haven’t received my purchase…

Site works, but nobody answer my emails on an order we placed a while ago. Won't buy from this place anymore, seems like a ghost company that charged my credit card and did not deliver nor answered my emails. Need to improve customer support asap.

I ordered a wireless mic two weeks ago and have not heard anything from your company until this review email. Not so much as a order conformation to let me know that you received my order. The item that I ordered showed in stock under the area where I clicked order but then down in the description it says that it is back ordered for 4-6 weeks which is very confusing however I am willing to wait but not even knowing if you received my order after I already paid is very horrible communication.

don't say you have an obsolete item in stock when it is not in stock
