I contacted customer service about returning my order a week ago and still have not heard back.

Terrible Customer Service

Website shown the product I wanted to be in stock so I ordered it. It wasn’t. I emailed them and got a snippy reply basically saying that the website said I should’ve called them and asked rather than trust the information on their website. Why even have a product inventory displayed on the website if it’s not going to be correct? I cancelled the order and the person cancelling it wasn’t bothered in the slightest. Customer service sucks. Refund was quick though!

Still haven't received either of my two orders, would consider changing my review if there was some sort of communication of the status of my orders. This is where I stand for now.
