Constant issues
We purchased the bike and Treadmill X24 combo in January to be delivered to our new property February 24th. Our Ifit subscription was started the day of purchase, even though we had no machines for a month. Then they were dumped off outside, literally the guys took the machines off the truck with a FORKLIFT and left them on my driveway. The treadmill box states it is 300+lbs. I had to contact the company for them to come back to put it in my garage as they claimed they were not aware I had one and could not enter the property. From there we had to find someone to help with the 300+lb box as my husband has a herniated disk and cannot lift such weight even with help. THE BIKE DIDN'T WORK. We finally got it set up, now almost 2 months after purchase of everything. The bike screen kept turning off mid ride, then going to the Ifit screen with the audio of the trainer still going and everything frozen. After months of calls and live video with IT technicians, 2 weeks ago they delivered a new screen. I was told the technician would schedule the install within 5 business days. After 10 business days I called, explained that its May 22nd, I've been paying for Ifit membership since JANUARY and the bike still cannot be used. They offered a 1 month extension and a call back to schedule the install within 24h. . . I'm still waiting.
