Rower is great, highly disappointment with classes and no new classes or live classes. You promote the machine as low impact but yet all of the advanced studio classes which are better than the location rows, have me jumping on and off the machine like a mad man. Then have me doing burpees. Bought the machine to save my knees, not kill them. This seems to be the trend with all your advanced classes. On and off the machine. No live classes forcing me to get up, make the class etc.etc.etc. Please update your class platform and listen to what we are asking for.

Too many buffering and crashing problems. No nordictrac, the problem is not on my side.

starting experiencing problem keeping connected. Began case number with support in December. Nothing is still resolved. Just within the last week the email I had sent regarding problem before I gave up and called them is being responded to.

The feet are WAY to far apart. Makes my knees hurt every time. Unable to even use it any longer. Going to try and sell it and take the loss. My previous rower from Nordic track was significantly better other than the trouble with the seat. I would not purchase another Nordic track rower sadly. The engineering on the new design is simply really bad.

Screen has started flickering already.
