Computer issues

This rower has had a loud humming noice and fan issues since it arrived. It’s all you can hear when you’re in the room. Paid for extended warranty and they said there isn’t an issue. It’s awful. I am definitely an unhappy customer

Terrible Treadmill

our treadmill continuously has to be reset. during work outs it will shut off mid run. we have had to reset throughout 2024. please have someone come out to inspect it.

Refuse to replace damaged rower

Received a rower with broken plastic parts. Sent technician to repair, who said rower frame is bent and needs replacement. He tried his best but left even more plastic parts broken and misaligned. Customer service rejected claim filed by their own technician they sent and keep asking for more information with no end in sight. They say I need to take the machine apart and send pictures....Why am I responsible for proving what their own technician concluded?!?! And why am I left with broken and misaligned pieces?! Stay away.

Poor Customer Service with very few exceptions.

Nordic tracks customer service is horrible. I unfortunately have had a lot of interaction with the due to them charging my card without my authorization. At one point I had over a thousand dollars pending on my card related to IFIT membership for a family which I did not want because it was going to be me using the equipment. I eventually got my money back and a heart rate monitor out of the deal though. However, I also purchased an individual membership for a year before my free trial ended which was supposed to kick in automatically when the free trial ended but it didn’t and they shut off my service. I then contacted them and gave them my invoice so they could turn it on which they did. This was 1 out of 2 times I had a good agent. Also when I orders the equipment Nordictrack stated the equipment would be delivered to my door since I didn’t want to pay an additional 200 to have it place in the house and put together. I even followed up with them before it was delivered to make sure I didn’t need to be there to accept the delivery and was told I did not need to be. The day of the delivery when the guys showed up to my home, I got a call from Nordic track saying my equipment was being delivered to the curb and I had to be there to sign. I had to rush to take leave from work and get there within 15 minutes (per Nordic track agent) or the truck was going to leave and I would have to pay like $270 bucks to have it redeliver. Fortunately for me the guys from Ryder that where contracted to make the delivery where great guys and gave me a chance to get there and even delivered it into my garage so I wouldn’t have to drag it from the curb. Overall the equipment has been great and my IFIT material has been good but the customer experience has been poor. Unless you really have the time to deal with the nonsense then I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. Beware they save your card information and are able to charge it without you have control of it.

Not happy.

We were excited to try a new piece of equipment. We had had an elliptical for years and it finally died. In October we decided to go with the rower. Unfortunately it has not been a good decision. Both my husband and I who are pretty active have since had back issues. If you have ever experienced any back issues or pain, lower or upper, I would highly recommend you consider something else. I reached out to the company to see if there is some way we could trade out, even with a penalty, and get a piece of equipment from them that we will use that doesn’t cause us pain and visits to the chiropractor. They were unhelpful and told us to try to sell it ourselves. Now we are out $2000 for a piece of equipment we can’t use. Super disappointed in the rower and the customer service.
