Not happy.
We were excited to try a new piece of equipment. We had had an elliptical for years and it finally died. In October we decided to go with the rower.
Unfortunately it has not been a good decision. Both my husband and I who are pretty active have since had back issues. If you have ever experienced any back issues or pain, lower or upper, I would highly recommend you consider something else.
I reached out to the company to see if there is some way we could trade out, even with a penalty, and get a piece of equipment from them that we will use that doesn’t cause us pain and visits to the chiropractor. They were unhelpful and told us to try to sell it ourselves. Now we are out $2000 for a piece of equipment we can’t use. Super disappointed in the rower and the customer service.
