Bare The Absolute Wire-Free Minimizer

The BARE The Absolute Wire-Free Minimizer style has a smooth, unlined cup made of the softest material. The color is stunning in a rich maroon and I love the criss-cross details in the center gore! The back of the strap is adjustable and can be worn either the traditional way or with the straps crossed in the back. The front of the strap is padded, which only adds to the comfort! It is very back smoothing and has a four column, hook and eye closure. I may have oversized it a bit in the cup, going up one size, but it still fits very well. Since it is a minimizer, it compressed me just enough to decrease the bustline just about an inch. I would say that this style runs true to size.

This was the first time I tried a wire free minimizer. Wear it all the time. Flattens a bit, but a nice, casual bra. I ordered a 38DD. May try a 40D next time for a better fit, as I have it on the very last hook.

Overall it’s pretty good, the band, however, next to the ‘cup’ digs into my rib cage, so that’s not really comfortable, so my search continues to find a bra that works best for me.

I have never found a supportive wire free bra. It's not as uplifting as a wired bra but it's like a good supportive sports bra with minimal compression.
